Seattle Wealth Partners is a real estate and business investment firm, I am Faustina Tollefson, Managing Partner.

I started my career as a professional real estate and business investor in 1992 in the beautiful Emerald City of Seattle, Washington. I soon built a reputation for a high level of service and market expertise. Since then, I have been focusing on two areas:

  1. Becoming an expert at remodeling including sourcing materials and working with the best construction and renovation teams for the type of work required.
  2. Buying and selling distressed properties and businesses

I discovered the renovation can be very expensive if you do not understand material options, sources of materials, contractor labor skills and contractor  prices.  My expertise has expanded and offers me more opportunities for achieving my profit goals because of my cost efficient renovation system.

Every successful  real estate or business investment  deal is a combination of finding the right property which means knowing the market value of the property after renovations are complete and concluding the profit opportunity is sufficient for my funding partners and my firm. My years of working as a real estate agent and as a real estate investor have sharply increased my expertise in knowing the after repair value of residential and commercial real estate.

Buying and selling companies is similar with the key difference is that in addition to the physical property the business model is restructured. This means one or more of the following: new marketing programs, a change in leadership, enhanced systems and controls..

My interest in buying and selling distressed properties and businesses developed because of the unique relationship I hold with banks, other real estate and business investment firms and funding partners. This offers me unique access to great deals and the resources for closing those deals fast.

My philosophy is really simple: “if the deal is not below market value…I will not acquire it”  As for the resources, I am very grateful for the trust of my funding partners. I treat their money as if it were my own and always focus on achieving maximum return on investment in time and money.

Another area I particularly value is joint venture networking. I am a believer that great deals don’t just happen, they come about by assembling the right opportunities with the right funding partner and making it happen. Partnering is not just who you know…It’s who knows you and who do they know.
